Based in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, Personnel Psychology NZ Ltd provides a comprehensive range of industrial and organisational psychology services:

The director, Keith McGregor, is an industrial psychologist whose background includes twelve years as an occupational psychologist in the Royal New Zealand Air Force and over fifteen years in private practice working with a wide range of private and public sector organisations in New Zealand and Australia.

While not actively involved in recruitment, the consultancy undertakes indepth psychological testing and interviews of potential employees for organisations seeking an unbiased and totally independent assessment.

The consultancy is also very active in research and development. Past survey projects have ranged from simple stress or staff satisfaction audits through to comprehensive organisational climate surveys involving, in one organisation, several thousand personnel.
